There was a time I lived in silence—afraid of my own voice, unsure of my place in the world, overwhelmed by my sensitivity. I lived as a wallflower, hiding behind fear, unknowingly trapped in a victim mentality. This is the story of how my personal healing journey unfolded—and why Tranquil SOULutions was born as a safe space for others ready to reconnect with their truth.

How My Personal Healing Journey Began

My journey didn’t begin with clarity. It began with emotional exhaustion. I felt disconnected, hyperaware, and anxious—like I was absorbing more than I could handle. Deep down, I knew I was meant for more than survival, but I had no roadmap. What I did have was willingness.

The first step in my personal healing journey was learning how to be with myself, to breathe through discomfort, and to recognize that I wasn’t broken—I was becoming.

Emotional Empowerment Through Heart-Centered Tools

My breakthrough came when I discovered amongst the many, integrative tools like HeartMath® and the RIM® technique, which helped me regulate my nervous system, gain clarity, and access the strength hidden beneath my fear. Later, I experienced profound transformation through equine-assisted coaching—learning how horses mirror our emotional states without judgment.

These experiences shifted my story from one of disempowerment to purpose. I was no longer a bystander in my life. I became the conscious author of my healing.

Why I Created Tranquil SOULutions

Tranquil SOULutions was born from the deepest part of my personal healing journey—a desire to support others to find the peace, presence, and emotional regulation I had once longed for. It is now a sacred space offering trauma-informed coaching, equine-based experiences, somatic healing tools, and energy wellness assessments like BioWell.

My goal is to hold space for sensitive, intuitive individuals ready to reclaim their calm and live from the inside out.

Tip 1: Create Somatic Safety
Before transformation, we must feel safe. Try gentle practices like HeartMath® breathwork, nature walks, or grounding exercises. When your body feels safe, your soul can speak.

Healing is amplified when we’re seen. Whether by a coach, a friend, or even a horse—having a nonjudgmental witness allows repressed emotions to surface and move.

Tip 3: Speak Kindly to Your Inner Child
Your “stuck” parts are younger versions of you, longing for safety and love. Try journaling to her. Ask: What do you need right now? Then offer that to yourself without condition.
